Stage Manager

Register to be a Stage Manager

The Stage Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring the stage performances run on time and as planned. Stationed at designated stage areas throughout the festival, you’ll coordinate with performers, sound engineers, and the event programming team to keep everything on track.  This role demands strong communication skills and a solid understanding of stage and technical operations, along with the specific needs of performers.

Accessibility

This is an outdoor volunteer role stationed at a stage, so you’ll need to navigate the stage set up. All stages will have one set of stairs and one ramp to access the stage floor. You will have a chair available at times.

It will require you to interact with people and support them in their roles. It will be busy and loud.

Responsibilities
